Current Situation，Utilization Problems and Suggestions of Agricultural Waste Resources in Northern Jiangsu under Background of Agricultural Supply-side Reform

The optimized utilization of agricultural waste has a positive guiding and promoting effect on reduction，resource utilization and comprehensive treatment of agricultural waste in China.After converting into standard coal，the annual harvestable amount of crop straw in the five cities of northern Jiangsu in 2019 was about 11.281 8 million tons，and the annual harvestable amount of livestock and poultry manure was about 0.943 1 million tons.Main problems in utilization of agricultural waste in northern Jiangsu included：large amount of agricultural waste resources and obvious differences in regional distribution；unreasonable agricultural structure；inconspicuous proposal and promotion of good agricultural waste utilization models.Optimal utilization of agricultural waste in northern Jiangsu has a strong demonstration effect on northern Jiangsu and surrounding areas of southern Shandong，northern Anhui，and eastern Henan.It is recommended to continue to strengthen summary and promotion of optimal utilization of agricultural waste in northern Jiangsu.
