Development and Application of Corn Harvester for Hilly Area

In order to solve problem of mechanized harvest of corn in hilly areas，through theoretical calculation and simulation analysis，technology of ear picking，transportation and husking of corn with low dip angle and low loss without branching was studied，a new type of cutting station，picking equipment，conveyor and husking machine were designed，basic composition and application of four wheel drive device of combine harvester were described，and prototype machine was developed and manufactured.Field harvest experiment was carried out，results showed that prototype has good adaptability and performance，and could meet requirements of maize planting and harvesting in hilly areas.
