Strengthening Ideological Construction Plan of Agricultural Engineering Students：Taking Jiangsu University as an Example

Starting from existing problems of ideological education for students majoring in agricultural engineering，its internal and external causes were analyzed，and relevant countermeasures were formulated.To ensure and improve quality of talent training in the field of agricultural engineering，some methods were adopted，such as work pattern of“Three All-round Education”，which deepened ideological and political education of students majoring in“agriculture”，establishing a linkage mechanism for talent training of counselors and academic tutors，and broadening students′ horizons，which strengthened ideological construction of students majoring in agricultural engineering，and promoted coordinated development of ideological and moral quality and professional skills of students majoring in agricultural engineering.
