Hybrid Teaching Practice Based on“Cloud Classroom”and BOPPPS Teaching Mode

Taking course of Chemical Fundamentals and Analytical Techniques of food specialty as an example，practice of online and offline mixed teaching based on“cloud classroom”and BOPPPS teaching mode was introduced，practical effects of traditional teaching and teaching reform were compared.It provides a reference way for teaching reform in information age.
