Design and Experiment of Vertical Slicer for Horticultural Landscape Banana Tree

According to pretreatment mode of banana tree recycling，a kind of banana tree mechanized slicing device was developed.The slicing device was composed of several disc knife backs arranged alternately on two power shafts，which were placed on the same horizontal plane at a certain angle and rotated in the opposite direction，so as to drive slicing cutter to rotate and cut.Firstly，the prototype was established by using CAD software，several typical chip combination schemes were simulated，and then physical prototype of slicing was built.Finally，the angle of power shaft，feeding speed，banana tree diameter and rotation speed of power shaft were selected as test factors to explore influence law between slice power and various test factors.Results of slicing test showed that scheme design of slicing mechanism was feasible，and the test results of influencing factors were available，which could provide reference for further research and development of banana tree recycling machinery.
