Present Situation and Countermeasures of Integrated Development of Agricultural and Rural Economic Structures in Shaanxi Province

There are still some problems and deficiencies inevitably in rural economic and social development of Shaanxi Province.Because of main problems such as low integration of three industries，insufficient development of village collective economy，poor brand influence，large income gap，lack of management talents and inadequate innovation drive，following suggestions were put forward：grasp characteristics of industrial structure and promote industrial integration；pay attention to quality in business structure and promote large-scale operation；pay attention to quality in employment and income structure to ensure stable employment and sustainable income，focus on innovation in factor investment and improve investment efficiency.
