High Quality Development Path of Agricultural Economy in Yangling Area of Shaanxi Free Trade Zone under“Double Cycle”Pattern

Yangling Area of Shaanxi Free Trade Zone is the only free trade zone with main characteristics of agricultural development in China，which is located in the first national Yangling Agricultural High-tech Industry Demonstration Zone in China.Under new development pattern of international and domestic double cycle，high-quality economic development of Yangling Agricultural Free Trade Zone is facing double risks of epidemic situation and market fluctuation at home and abroad.Firstly，logical relationship between“double cycle”and high-quality development of agricultural economy in Yangling Free Trade Zone was analyzed.Secondly，evaluation index system of high-quality development of agricultural economy in Yangling Free Trade Zone was constructed.Thirdly，influencing factors of high-quality development of economy were put forward，such as policy support，institutional innovation，and agricultural science and technology personnel training.Finally，high quality economic development path of Yangling Agricultural Free Trade Zone under pattern of “double circulation” was discussed，that was to promote deep integration of agricultural scientific and technological innovation and industrial layout，vigorously develop characteristic modern agriculture and actively explore international market.
