Application of RS and GIS in Cultivated Land Reserve Remote Sensing Monitoring：Taking Xiangshan District，Huaibei City，Anhui Province as an Example

Since the second land survey，land use dynamic remote sensing monitoring，as an important part of the national land change survey，has assisted local governments to carry out all kinds of change surveys and protect red line of cultivated land，providing basic information for comprehensive supervision platform of land and resources.Taking Xiangshan District of Huaibei City as an example，process of making orthophoto map（DOM）with ERDAS software was introduced.Combined with RS and GIS technology，cultivated land backup information extraction was carried out through visual interpretation and computer automatic processing.
