Construction of New R & D Institutions in Agriculture and Food Field Based on Typical Cases

New R & D institutions of agriculture and food field plays an important role in promoting transformation and upgrading of traditional agriculture.Taking typical cases as example，development status and characteristics of three types of new R & D institutions in agriculture and food field were analyzed.Problems in management system and operation mechanism were pointed out.Implementations of differentiation strategy，improving operation and management mechanism were put forward.
