Abstract
“Frontier of Food Physical Processing Technology” is a professional course for food science and engineering.This course has a complex knowledge system and strong practicality.The relevant experimental courses could help students practice and consolidate complex theoretical knowledge,and are also an important way to cultivate students′ hands-on ability,and ability to analyze and solve problems.The teaching status and existing problems of Food Physics Processing Technology Specialized Course experiment were analyzed.Furthermore,conduct practice and discussion were finished from four aspects,including selection of experimental content and reasonable arrangement of the experiment,strict requirements of standardizing experimental process,combination of traditional experimental teaching and other experimental teaching modes,improvement of performance evaluation mechanism and discussion of comprehensive ability.It could enable students to complete experiment with interest in the prescribed class time.It hopes to lay a solid experimental operation foundation for cultivating high-quality food majors.
