  • Tea seed oil is rich in natural tea polyphenols,squalene,vitamin E and other functional active ingredients,its nutritional value is comparable to olive oil.Tea seed is easy to be moldy after picking,and moldy tea seed will cause excessive benzo pyrene content in tea seed oil,thus affecting quality and taste of finished oil.Most of the tea seed shell cleaning use manual and mechanical operation.According to structural characteristics of tea seed,automatic processing technology of tea seed shelling,cleaning and color separation was analyzed,problems of incomplete shell kernel separation,low screening efficiency and high cost in the process of tea seed separation were analyzed,so as to promote high quality,high efficiency and green development of tea seed oil industry.
