Design and Experiment of Corn Intelligent Fertilizing Cultivator

  • Aiming at problems of poor consistency of fertilization amount of mechanically driven cultivator,an intelligent precise cultivator of variable rate fertilization was designed based on global positioning system(GPS),Beidou positioning system(BDS).The machine could realize quantitative fertilization by real-time adjustment of motor speed n of fertilizer box along with driving speed v,taking advantage of precise positioning signals of GPS and BDS.Through performance test,variation coefficient of fertilizer rate stability reached 5.54%.
