Thinking for High Quality Development of Farmers′ Professional Cooperatives in Shanghai City

Since the reform and opening up，China′s farmers′ professional cooperatives have achieved great development and become basic main body to drive farmers to enter the market，a new entity to develop rural collective economy and an effective carrier to innovate rural social management.It is particularly important to promote high quality development of farmers′ professional cooperatives by taking standardized promotion action of farmers′ professional cooperatives as starting point.Current situation of farmers′ professional cooperatives in Shanghai was expounded，main problems affecting development of farmers′ professional cooperatives were analyzed，and some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to promote high-quality development of farmers′ professional cooperatives.
