Static Study of Small Corn Husker

A small corn husker was proposed，which adopted iron roller and cots to work together.It had advantages including low breaking rate of corn kernels，high efficiency，low price and wide range of application，etc.Statics of the corn husker was studied.Based on simulation analysis，it was found that deformation and stress were consistent with actual situation approximatively.The study provided a theoretical reference for development of a new corn husker.
