A Rapid Screening Method for Azoxystrobin Residues in Potato Planting Soil by High Resolution Mass Spectrometry

  • A rapid screening method for azoxystrobin residues in potato planting soil by high resolution mass spectrometry was studied to obtain more accurate results of azoxystrobin residues in soil, which could provide guidance for potato planting in the future.Soil sample, which was applied with pyrimethanil suspension, was extracted with acetone, and purified by silicon magnesium adsorbent chromatography.Chromatographic and mass spectrometry conditions were set, positive and negative ions were switched, residue of azoxystrobin in soil samples were qualitatively and quantitatively screened, and effects of different concentrations of azoxystrobin and application time on residue were finally analyzed.Through experimental analysis, azoxystrobin showed a high linear relationship in concentration range of 0.02~0.51 mg/L,correlation coefficient was 0.998 7,linear range was 0.49~ 49.00 μg/L,lower limit of quantification was 0.9 μg/L,under difference of standard addition level, recovery was 105%~107%,and relative deviation was 1.8~3.8.At the same time,it was found that the higher the concentration of azoxystrobin, the lower the digestion rate. Therefore, concentration of azoxystrobin need to be adjusted properly during actual planting.
