Increasing Value and Efficiency of Economic Forest Fruit Helped by Green Technologies

With vigorous development of economic forest fruit processing industry，a large number of processing wastes are produced，leading to serious waste of resources and environmental pollution.Scientific and reasonable use of by-products of fruit is an important way to promote development of economic forest fruit industry.Reutilizations and economic values of by-products from economic fruit were comprehensively studied.Besides，existing problem of by-products processing were emphatically analyzed，and applications of high-efficiency green processing technology in extraction，separation，purification and drying of by-products were summarized，which could provide insight for reprocessing and reutilization of economic fruit by-products.
