Current Situation of Aquatic Products Processing in Equipment Marine Ranching

Development of marine ranching with large-scale equipment was briefly introduced，and characteristics of aquatic products from marine ranching，especially processing characteristics，were analyzed.Based on these，suggestions on preservation and cold chain storage and transportation of aquatic products from marine ranching were put forward in order to promote its healthy development.
