Abstract: Quality and safety guarantee measures of“Qinzhou Yellow”millet in the process of planting were comprehensively discussed，which was a characteristic product of Changzhi，Shanxi Province.“Qinzhou Yellow”millet planting process control technology was put forward from aspects of base conditions，seed selection and treatment，sowing，fertilization，field management，timely harvest，storage and monitoring，so as to ensure its planting technology scientific standard，and ensure quality and safety of millet.
