Abstract: A sunflower threshing and screening machine was designed，which has simple structure，convenient operation and maintenance，and could carry out threshing，screening，impurity removal and complete threshing，good screening purity，high threshing efficiency，low threshing cost and wide application range.After preliminary design and optimization，improved sunflower threshing and screening machine has high overall performance and good social and economic benefits.
