大蒜收获机限深挖掘装置设计与试验

Design and Experimental Analysis of Deep-limiting Excavation Device of Garlic Harvester

  • 摘要: 针对我国大蒜平作种植收获过程中存在的人工挖掘效率低、生产成本高及传统挖掘机具因挖掘深度不均匀导致的伤蒜问题,创新设计一种适用平作大蒜种植的大蒜收获机限深挖掘装置。主要介绍了大蒜收获机限深挖掘装置的整体结构和工作原理。建立了仿地形限深挖掘数理模型,阐述了仿地形限深的条件。通过对装置的田间试验和数据采集,得出了大蒜收获机限深挖掘装置的作业参数。试验表明,当挖掘深度为11.99 cm,入土倾角为24.5°时,试验指标挖掘阻力最小,为3 163.9 N,满足了大蒜挖掘收获要求。

     

    Abstract: In view of low efficiency of artificial excavation,high production cost and problem of garlic injury caused by uneven excavation depth of traditional excavation tools in process of garlic flat cultivation and harvesting in China,an innovative design was designed for garlic harvester deep-limiting excavation device suitable for garlic cultivation.Overall structure and working principle of garlic harvester deep-limiting excavation device was introduced.A mathematical model of excavation of deep-limiting of imitation terrain was established,and conditions of deep-limiting of imitation terrain were expounded.Through field test and data collection of the device,operating parameters of garlic harvester deep-limiting excavation device were obtained.Results showed that when excavation depth was 11.99 cm and input inclination was 24.5 degrees,excavation resistance of test index could be minimal,and minimum value was 3 163.9 N,which met requirements of garlic excavation harvest.
