Abstract: From the upstream, middle and downstream of Hanzhong tea industry chain, existing problems in links of planting, processing and manufacturing, distribution and consumption were analyzed．Development path of each link of Hanzhong tea industry chain was also discussed．Corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to provide a reference for development of the Hanzhong tea industry in the future．
