Abstract: As a core course for food majors, ideological and political course of ＂Food Physical and Chemical Inspection Technology＂ is significant for cultivating high-quality and skilled personnel in food safety．Construction ideas of ideological and political education were clarified through foundation of curriculum construction, curriculum teaching objectives, curriculum teaching content and ideological and political integration points．Through efforts to improve teachers' ideological and political literacy, comprehensively strengthen ideological and political penetration in the classroom, and scientifically establish ideological and political assessment model, practice of curriculum ideological and political was carried out．
