Design and Test of 4LZG-1.5 Small Self-propelled Millet Harvester

  • 摘要: 针对我国丘陵山区及平原小地块谷子机械化收获需求,研发设计了4LZG-1.5型小型自走式谷子收获机。采用适合丘陵山区作业环境的四驱轮式底盘,通过性好;设计了专用扶禾器和加长型仿形割台,解决割台损失大、倒伏收割难的问题;采用“纹杆+板齿+钉齿”组合式脱粒滚筒、小孔网筛式分离机构,解决了高湿谷子脱粒、清选难的问题。田间试验检测结果表明,总损失率4.5%,籽粒含杂率2.2%,破碎率3.1%,各项性能指标达到了设计要求,为我国谷子等杂粮作物机械化收获提供了装备支撑。

     

    Abstract: In view of demand of mechanized harvesting of millet in hilly, mountainous and plain areas in China, 4LZG-1.5 small self-propelled millet harvester was researched and designed.Four-wheel chassis suitable for working environment in hilly and mountainous areas was adopted.And it’s trafficability was good.Special crop holder and extended profiling header were designed to solve problems of large header loss and difficult harvest.Combined threshing cylinder of " striped bar + plate teeth + nail teeth", and small hole mesh screen separation mechanism were adopted to solve problem of difficult threshing and cleaning of high wet millet.Field test results showed that total loss rate was 4.5%, grain impurity content rate was 2.2%, and crushing rate was 3.1%.All the performance indicators met design requirements.It provided equipment support for mechanized harvesting of millet and other miscellaneous grain crops in China.
