Abstract: In recent years, agricultural machinery popularization in Kenli District of Dongying City has achieved some results．There are inevitably some practical problems, such as lack of team building structure, limited working funds, disjointed information between supply and demand, single and rigid mode, and insufficient attention．Some countermeasures and suggestions, such as improving quality of personnel, increasing investment of special funds, strengthening construction of information networks, innovating propaganda concepts, and increasing degree of attention were put forward to promote agricultural machinery popularization in Kenli District．
