Abstract: Separation difficulties after breeding maggots in livestock and poultry feces were analyzed．Basic principles, advantages and disadvantages of different separation methods were compared．Combined with existing separation technology, existing problems and research direction were pointed out, and development of livestock manure and maggot breeding industry was prospected．It is helpful to solve environmental issues within development of livestock and poultry breeding industry．
