Abstract:
According to GB/T 14785—2008 "tractors and machinery for agricultural and forestry, test methods of wheels side load fatigue", finite element model of tractor wheel structure was established.Structural finite element analysis of tractor wheel was carried out by using analysis software, and stress level and distribution characteristics under loading condition of fatigue test were calculated.In view of weak links of wheel that were easy to be damaged by strength, a reasonable improvement design scheme was proposed to make stress distribution of wheel reasonable, improve product quality, enhance market competitiveness, and provide theoretical guidance for further optimization design of the wheel.
