Abstract:
In order to effectively utilize a large number of pruned fruit tree branches produced every year in Shaanxi Province, it was prepared into a co-densified pellet fuel from point of storage and transportation performance, and two co-densified formulations were optimized. Two formulations and their related samples were further studied from point of combustion performance. Through thermogravimetric analysis and kinetic analysis, influence rules of selected primary raw materials, secondary raw materials and additives on combustion performance of co-densified pellet fuel were obtained. The optimal formula was selected, which was 80 mesh jujube branch(56%)+ jujube branch charcoal(37%)+ coco coir(7%). This study could provide theoretical and experimental references for optimization of formulation parameters of co-densified pellet fuel, as well as improvement of comprehensive quality.
