Abstract:
In view of problems of dirty and messy manual egg harvesting environment, high intensity, low efficiency and high cost, as well as existing egg landing device on market needs to eliminate original chicken cage, increase input cost, and has complicated structure, large footprint, etc., a stepped egg landing device was designed. This device has a simple structure, reasonable design, and could provide better protection for eggs to avoid damage when cooperating with egg collector for egg harvesting operations. Structure and working principle of self-developed stepped egg landing device were expounded. Rationality of structural design of this device was analyzed through theoretical calculate and finite element dynamic simulation. Feasibility of structure was verified through multiple egg collection tests.
