Abstract: In order to solve problem of missed tillage, a stubble cutting rotary cultivator was designed, which could complete stubble cutting and rotary tillage at one time． Field test showed that stubble cutting depth was 150 mm, rotary tillage depth was 180 mm, and operation efficiency was 0.40 hm²/h． Its innovation is to set L-type stubble cutting machete and camel type rotary cutting machete alternately at one end of stubble cutting shaft and rotary tillage shaft． Its advantage is that there is no missed tillage in tillage range．
