Abstract:
In view of problem that traditional clutch device structure is not suitable for work of high-power harvesters, a clutch device that could realize step-by-step drive of engine to working parts was designed, and finite element simulation analysis method was used to study clutch device.Results showed that, during joining process, stress on side where output shaft was combined with driving pulley was more concentrated and there was a possibility of deformation, power output shaft could complete transmission of load torque in 0.48 s and realize stable torque output, and device could effectively protect service life of engine and working parts.
