非定常工况下不同导叶叶片数对潜水泵内部流场的影响

Influence of Different Guide Blade Number on Internal Flow Field of Submersible Pump under Unsettled Operating Conditions

  • 摘要: 为了研究不同导叶叶片数对潜水泵内部流动和非定常特性的影响,以典型QJ型潜水泵为研究对象,在保证导叶基本参数不变的情况下,建立导叶叶片数为6、7和8的3种不同方案,基于RNG k-ε湍流模型对不同导叶叶片数下潜水泵进行定常及非定常计算。结果表明:导叶叶片数变化对潜水泵外特性曲线影响不大;导叶叶片数变化对叶轮进口和导叶出口两位置的压力脉动影响不大,对叶轮与导叶空腔间的压力脉动影响显著,其幅值随叶片数的增多而增大,8叶片时压力脉动幅值最大。

     

    Abstract: In order to study influence of different guide blade number on internal flow and unsteady characteristics of submersible pump, taking a typical QJ submersible pump as research object, three different schemes with guide blade number of 6, 7 and 8 were established under condition of keeping basic parameters of guide blade unchanged. Based on turbulence model of RNG k-ε, submersible pump was calculated for both constant and non-constant under different guide blade number. Results showed that change in guide blade number has little effect on external characteristic curve of submersible pump. Increase of guide blade number has little effect on pressure pulsation at inlet and outlet of impeller, but has a significant effect on pressure pulsation between impeller and cavity of guide blade. Its amplitude increased with increase of guide blade, and pressure pulsation amplitude wass the largest at 8 blades.
