Abstract: On basis of analyzing development scale and existing problems of marine ranching, horizontal integration of marine ranching industry chain was studied from perspective of consumers． A questionnaire was designed, 27 items were extracted for factor analysis, and influencing factors of consumers' awareness of marine ranching and travel intention were summarized． Measures such as specialized development of processing and transportation, enhancing added value of pasture, and strengthening characteristic construction of leisure fishery, were put forward． Through improvement of horizontal development path of marine ranching industry chain, sustainable development and global construction of marine ranching could be achieved, and integrated construction and development of marine ranching industry would be promoted．
