Abstract: Intelligent agricultural machinery is a high-tech product that integrates computer technology, electronic control technology, artificial intelligent technology and other technologies, and is an important productivity factor for development of smart agriculture．Promoting intellectualization of agricultural machinery and equipment is an important breakthrough in iterative upgrading of agricultural production modernization, which has a strong practical need．Key common technologies of intelligent agricultural machinery were sorted out, situation and development trend of intelligent agricultural machinery in our country was analyzed, and suggestions for promoting development of intelligent agricultural equipment were put forward．
