Abstract: In view of problems existing in current college students' innovation and entrepreneurship training program, such as students' dim goals, teachers' insufficient guidance, and schools' inadequate publicity, some countermeasures, such as industry-university-research integration, project-based teaching, and sound management system were put forward．Results aim to improve students' innovation consciousness, entrepreneurship, innovation quality and practical skills, and provide a basic guarantee for national high-level personnel training．
