Overview of Research on Anti-adhesion and Desorption Technology of Soil-contact Construction Equipment

  • 摘要: 触土类机械设备在面向土类介质作业时易发生机具黏附问题,特别是以旋挖钻机为典型代表的密闭空间施工作业装置,其作业具有介质含水量大、成分复杂和高压力等特征,导致土类介质对机具黏附尤为严重。介绍了触土类机械设备作业机具土壤黏附机理及影响因素,详细描述了国内外触土类机械设备作业装置减黏脱附的研究进展,并对触土类机械设备减黏脱附研究进行了展望。

     

    Abstract: Soil-contact machinery and equipment are susceptible to soil adhesion problems when working with soil media, especially in confined space construction operation device, which is typically represented by rotary drilling rigs, whose operation is characterized by large water content of media, complex composition and high pressure, resulting in particularly serious adhesion of soil media to tools.Mechanism of soil adhesion and factors affecting soil adhesion of soil-contact mechanical equipment operating machines was introduced.Research progress of anti-adhesion and desorption technology of soil-contact machinery and equipment at home and abroad was elaborated, and an outlook on research of anti-adhesion and desorption technology of soil-contact machinery and equipment was given.
