Abstract: Building a technology and skill innovation service platform is an important task in construction plan of high-level vocational schools and majors with Chinese characteristics（referred to as the "double high-level plan"）, and it is also an important lever to support national strategy and serve regional economic and social development．Through investigation and analysis, in the context of the "double high-level plan", based on current situation and dilemma of technology and skill innovation sevice platform construction in promoting innovation practice of integration of vocational and general education, integration of industry and education, and integration of science and education in agriculture-related high vocational colleges, a series of strategies, such as proposing advanced concept, optimizing top-level design, building a platform for diversity, collaboration and integration, establishing a high-level innovative service team and think tank, and perfecting a long-term guarantee mechanism, were put forward to promote high-quality development of vocational education, support scientific research and industrial transformation and upgrading, aiming at providing a reference for construction of national and provincial high-level professional group platform．
