Abstract: Key leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization are an important component of modern agricultural industry system．The high-quality development of key leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization helps to build and improve agricultural product industry chain, enhance added value of agricultural products, accelerate regional agricultural development, and promote rural revitalization．Agricultural industrialization head enterprises play an important role in process of agricultural industrialization, and have strong competitiveness in fierce market．From the list of the top 100 agricultural industrialization head enterprises in 2020-2021 and the top enterprises with great wisdom APP operating efficiency, 28 enterprises were selected as research samples according to different industries．Factor analysis was conducted on relevant data of these 28 enterprises to obtain comprehensive competitiveness scores, combined with current situation of agricultural development in Shanxi Province．Suggestions and countermeasures have been proposed for future development of key provincial leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization in Shanxi Province from four aspects: enterprise management mechanism, agricultural product circulation mode, enterprise innovation ability, and brand building．
