Abstract: Irrigation plays a vital role in agricultural production．With acceleration of agricultural informatization, development of intelligent field information system has become an inevitable demand for development of intelligent agriculture．However, shortage of water resources, low intelligence level of existing field irrigation system and lack of control precision has become a major obstacle in modernization process of rice irrigation．Based on this, a set of intelligent irrigation control system suitable for rice field was developed．Field verification indicated that, the system had remarkable water-saving effect, high control precision, strong scalability, adaptability and good interoperation．
