Identification of Volatile Chemical Components from Dendranthema morifolium cv. Gongju in Fields and Ecological Function

  • 摘要: 对黄山贡菊植株采用动态顶空套袋采集法结合GC-MS分析技术,成功地采集和分析了黄山贡菊在自然状态下挥发性化学物质的成分。共确定了59种有机化学物质,包括30种烷烃类、5种酯类、4种醇类、3种醛类、4种烯烃类、1种醚类及3种酮类等。室内Y型管选择行为测试结果表明,α−蒎烯≥600 ng/μL时,对3龄若蚜具有显著的驱避作用(P<0.05)。研究为基于植物化学物质的黄山贡菊蚜虫综合治理提供了理论基础。

     

    Abstract: Volatile chemical components of Dendranthema morifolium cv.Gongju in fields were successfully collected and analyzed by dynamic headspace bagging collection method combined with GC-MS analysis technology.59 volatile chemical components were identified, including 30 alkanes, 5 esters, 4 alcohols, 3 aldehydes, 4 olefins, 1 aether and 3 ketones.Test results of indoor Y-shaped tube selection behavior indicated that, when α−Pinene ≥ 600 ng/μL, it has a significant repellent effect on 3rd instar aphids(P<0.05).It provided a theoretical basis for integrated management of tribute chrysanthemum aphid in Dendranthema morifolium cv.Gongju based on phytochemicals.
