青饲料收获机定动刀间隙自动调整装置设计

Design of Automatic Adjustment Device for Static and Moving Blades Clearance of Forage Harvester

  • 摘要: 快速发展的畜牧业急需新鲜的秸秆作为牲畜饲料,而将玉米秸秆切碎收获,不仅能解决牲畜饲料来源问题,还能增加农民收入。青饲料收获机在作业过程中,由于切碎饲料的动刀片磨损,发生切不断现象,需要停机修复动刀。修复动刀后,刀刃变短,定动刀之间的间隙变大,直接影响饲料切碎质量和效率。为了解决这一问题,设计了一种青饲料收获机定动刀间隙自动调整装置,可以一键启动,自动调节定动刀之间的间隙,有效降低人工操作强度,还能保证定动刀左右两侧间隙的一致性。该自动调整装置操作方便、智能化程度高,既节约了农时,又提高了饲料的切碎质量和作业效率。

     

    Abstract: With rapid development of livestock husbandry, fresh straw is urgently needed as feed for livestock.Corn straw harvesting can not only solve source of livestock feed, but also increase farmers' income.During operation of forage harvester, moving blades used for cutting feed will wear out.After wear out, situation of continuous cutting will occur, so harvester needs to be stopped and sharded.After sharpening, blade is short, and clearance between static blade and moving blade becomes larger, which directly affects quality and efficiency of feed cutting.In order to solve this problem, an automatic adjustment device for blades clearance of forage harvester was designed.It could start with one key, automatically adjust clearance, effectively reduce labor intensity, and ensure consistency of clearance between left and right sides of blades.The automatic adjustment system has advantages of convenient operation and high intelligence, saving farming time and improving quality of feed cutting and working efficiency.
