秦岭嵯峨山野生平榛形态、生理特征与环境之间关系

Relationship Between Environment and Morphology,Physiological Characteristics of Wild Corylus heterophylla in Cuo-e Mountain of Qinling Mountains

  • 摘要: 为研究秦岭野生平榛(Corylus heterophylla)部分形态、生理特征与环境之间的关系,为其引种、驯化及遗传育种提供参考资料,以嵯峨山野生平榛为研究对象,以海拔高度、土壤营养及光照强度等生态因子为参考,选定3个生境,对其中的环境因子和平榛的形态、生理指标等进行调查,对它们之间的关系进行对比和研究。结果发现,秦岭野生平榛叶片的大小、长宽等形态指标,叶绿素含量、氮素含量等生理指标,果实和果仁的大小、质量,以及雄花序的长度、直径等指标,均受环境因子影响;叶片叶脉对数及果壳底部厚度,受环境因子影响不明显;果实形状与果仁形状不一致,果实为扁圆形,果仁为心形。

     

    Abstract: In order to study relationship between some morphological and physiological characteristics of wild Corylus heterophylla in Qinling Mountains and environment, and provide reference materials for its introduction, domestication and genetic breeding, three quadrats(habitats)were selected to investigate environmental factors and morphological and physiological indexes of Corylus heterophylla, at the same time, compare and study relationship between them.Results showed that, morphological indexes such as leaf size, length and width, physiological indexes such as chlorophyll content and N content, size and weight of fruit and kernel, as well as length and diameter of male inflorescence were affected by environmental factors.Number of leaf veins and thickness of bottom of fruit shell were not significantly affected by environmental factors.Shape of the fruit was inconsistent with shape of kernel.The fruit was oblate and kernel was heart-shaped.
