Abstract: With rise of digital agriculture, data has increasingly become an important aspect of agricultural production and management．However, issue of data rights confirmation gradually emerges as a key factor restricting development of digital agriculture．In context of the "Data Twenty Articles", data rights confirmation model for agricultural enterprises was explored from multiple perspectives such as law, technology, market mechanisms, and management models．The aim is to provide guidance and suggestions for agricultural enterprises in data ownership con-firmation and promote healthy development of the industry．
