基于二维码防伪的农产品溯源优化对策以金华市特色农产品为例

Optimization Strategies for Traceability of Agricultural Products Based on QR Code Anti-counterfeitingTaking Jinhua Characteristic Agricultural Products as an Example

  • 摘要: 农产品由田间到餐桌不仅是一个实体制造与供给的过程,也是一个信息生产与传输的过程,以金华市特色农产品为主要对象,对金华市生产基地实地考察分析得出,溯源二维码进行防伪加密符合当地农产品追踪溯源需求,将产品合格证进行电子化、在线化,可以实现生产全流程的数据可视化,方便消费者查询回溯。综述了传统农产品溯源研究现状,从农产品的生产、包装、运输和销售4个环节出发,分析了数字化农产品全程溯源的需求和优势,并从推进农产品溯源二维码防伪建设、合格证电子化、气象预测及溯源后台建设等方面提出了发展对策,以期加强对农产品各个环节的质量监控。

     

    Abstract: Agricultural products from farmland to table is not only process of physical manufacturing and provision, but also process of information production and transmission.Taking Jinhua characteristic agricultural products as main object, through field investigation and analysis of Jinhua production base, it was concluded that, anti-counterfeiting and encrypted QR code for traceability met needs of local agricultural products traceability.Digitizing and online product qualification certificate could achieve data visualization of entire production process, making it convenient for consumers to query and trace.Current research status of traditional agricultural products traceability was summarized, needs and advantages of digital agricultural products whole-process traceability were analyzed from four links of production, packaging, transportation and sales of agricultural products, and development countermeasures were proposed from several aspects such as QR code anti-counterfeiting construction, electronic certification, meteorological prediction and back-office construction of traceability, in order to strengthen quality control of every link of agricultural products.
