推动式蛋鸡饲料投放机设计与试验

Design and Experiment of Pushing Type Layer Feed Dispenser

  • 摘要: 为了解决蛋鸡养殖过程中手工投放饲料时造成的饲料不均匀问题,设计了一款推动式蛋鸡饲料投放机。棘轮机构具有防逆转功能,使用手摇棘轮机构可以实现饲料桶高度准确调控。立架横梁上有等距离孔,储料桶可以悬挂在不同位置上的孔以实现横向位置调节。根据匀料器尺寸计算出饲养员最高移动速度。出料机构采用了可视化设计及导杆结构,具有调节速度快且准确的特点。提升测试试验结果显示,转动手柄力约为饲料质量的22%;饲料投放试验结果显示,实测值与理论值之间存在误差,误差值达到10%,测量误差是影响误差值的一个主要因素,推动速度也影响误差值,速度过慢通过间隙漏下的饲料偏多,反之偏少。饲料投放机在家庭农场蛋鸡养殖鸡舍进行了试用,投放饲料均匀,能较好地减轻饲养员的劳动强度,可替代饲料手工投放操作。

     

    Abstract: In response to problem of uneven feed caused by manual feeding, a push type layer feeding machine was designed.Ratchet mechanism had an anti-reversal function, and hand-operated ratchet mechanism could achieve accurate height of feed bucket.There were equidistant holes on crossbeam of vertical frame, and bucket could be hung on holes at different positions to achieve suitable location.Maximum speed of breeder was calculated based on homogenizer size.Homogenizer adopted a visual structure and a guide rod structure, which had characteristics of fast and accurate adjustment speed.A lifting test was conducted, and results showed that, rotational force was approximately 22% of the feed.Calibration experiment showed that there was a certain error between measured value and theoretical value, with an error value of 10%.Measurement error was a major factor affecting error value, and driving speed also affected the error.If speed was slow down, more feed will be leaked through gap.On the contrary, it would decrease.Using device could homogenize feed and effectively reduce labor intensity of breeder.It had been tested in a family farm hen house and could replace manual feed dispensing operations.
