Abstract:
Engineering education professional certification is an effective way to integrate science and education innovation and cultivate high-quality talents.Based on requirements of engineering education professional certification and concept of outcome oriented education(OBE), taking Engineering Hydrology course as an example, teaching improvement and practical research on course was conducted from aspects of teaching content, teaching mode, and ideological and political education.Research content included: analyzing and summarizing characteristics of the course, with student learning outcomes as goal orientation, and reconstructing teaching content of the course; fully utilizing "online+offline" teaching platform and developing the "trinity" blended teaching model; exploring ideological and political education resources and enhancing students' sense of social responsibility.The research results have reference value for improving teaching quality of relevant courses and cultivating high-quality applied talents.
