Selection and Energy Consumption Comparison of Turning Machines for Chicken Manure Raw Material Compost

  • 摘要: 结合多年堆肥工程探索实践经验,详细介绍了链板式翻抛机、轮盘式翻抛机和密闭立式堆肥反应器的工作原理、结构特点、技术参数和适用范围,并以处理鸡粪原料为例,从占地面积、工作效率、单位能耗等方面,对3种堆肥方案进行详细对比分析,以期为实现鸡粪工厂化快速处理和优化有机肥生产过程提供可靠的技术途径和方法。对比结果表明,轮盘式翻抛机效率较高,维护维修成本低;链板式翻抛机堆肥效果好,主辅料保持混合均匀状态,物料不易分层;密闭立式堆肥反应器自动化程度高,臭气处理压力小。

     

    Abstract: Based on many years of practical experience in composting engineering exploration, working principle, structural characteristics, technical parameters and application scope of chain-plate turning machine, wheel and disk turning machine and closed vertical composting reactor were introduced in detail.Taking treatment of chicken manure raw materials as an example, these three composting schemes were compared and analyzed in detail from aspects of floor space, work efficiency and unit energy consumption, in order to provide a reliable technical way and method for realizing rapid treatment of chicken manure in factory and optimizing production process of organic fertilizer.Comparison results indicated that, wheel and disk turning machine had high efficiency and low maintenance cost; chain-plate turning machine had a good effect, and main and auxiliary materials were kept in a mixed and uniform state, making it difficult for materials to layer; closed vertical composting reactor had high degree of automation and low pressure for odor treatment.
