摘要: 信息化项目全生命周期包含从信息化规划、项目申报、立项、实施到最终验收，以及后续运维等一系列过程。阐述了信息化项目管理系统的设计原则、需求分析及技术体系架构等方面的内容，系统满足农业信息化项目过程管理、项目文档管理的业务和功能需求，提高了政府部门农业信息化项目的管理效率。

Abstract: Entire lifecycle of an information technology project includes a series of processes, including information planning, project application, project initiation, implementation, final acceptance, and subsequent operation and maintenance．It was elaborated on design principles, requirement analysis, and technical system architecture of an information technology project management system．The system met business and functional requirements of agricultural information project process management and project document management, and improved management efficiency of government agricultural information projects．
