Abstract: Agricultural green development is important path to realize sustainable agricultural development, and has great significance to promote ecological civilization construction and safeguard people's health．Inductive deduction method and case analysis method were used to discuss status quo, achievements, problems and innovation paths of China's agricultural green development．Firstly, current situation of green agricultural development in China were introduced from aspects of concept, development course, schools and green agricultural development in different places．Secondly, effects of sound policy and legal system, increased financial support and reduced chemical input were summarized, and main problems facing green development of agriculture were analyzed, including uneven regional development, price advantage of green agricultural products was not significant, shortage and loss of talents and imperfect market system．Finally, innovative paths were put forward such as improving agricultural green system, establishing agricultural green digital system, promoting development of internet agriculture and promoting supply-side structural reform to promote development of farmers' cooperatives, in order to provide references for formulation of relevant policies and promote green development of agriculture in China．
