死畜禽立式堆肥反应器设计

Design on Vertical Composting Reactor for Dead Livestock and Poultry

  • 摘要: 针对目前我国死畜禽堆肥反应器存在的诸多问题,以缩短堆肥周期、减小占地面积、降低环境危害为目标,对死畜禽立式堆肥反应器展开研究与设计。该反应器主要由破碎搅拌系统、传动系统、控温系统组成。在掌握相关堆肥工艺技术的前提下,对反应器关键参数如容积、保温层厚度、加热器功率,以及对关键零部件如搅刀轴、搅刀片、定刀进行分析设计。利用有限元软件进行仿真分析,结果表明,反应器内部能形成稳定对流的流场,搅刀所受载荷均匀,反应器设计可靠。

     

    Abstract: In view of many problems existing in composting reactor of dead livestock and poultry in China, research and design of vertical composting reactor of dead livestock and poultry were carried out with goal of shortening composting cycle, reducing floor area and reducing environmental hazards.The reactor was mainly composed of crushing and stirring system, transmission system and temperature control system.On premise of mastering relevant composting process technology, key parameters of reactor such as volume, insulation thickness, heater power, and key components such as agitator shaft, agitator blade, and fixed knife were analyzed and designed.Simulation analysis was carried out by using finite original software, and results showed that a stable convective flow field could be formed inside the reactor, load of stirring knife was uniform, reactor design was reliable.
