Exploration and Practice of Talent Cultivation Mode for Intelligent Manufacturing Discipline

  • 摘要: 推进制造强国战略成为我国的国家战略,其中智能制造是加快建设制造强国的主攻方向。在推进智能制造发展的同时,对制造业人才培养提出了新的需求和挑战。遵循群体培养与多元发展相统一、工程实践与科学思维相统一的人才培养理念,从确定人才培养目标、多学科交叉融合的课程体系、工程训练实践项目教学新模式和构建智能制造信息化平台等方面探索技术融合和系统集成式创新人才培养模式,培养满足国家战略发展的智能制造复合型人才。

     

    Abstract: Advancing strategy of building a manufacturing powerhouse has become a national priority for China, with intelligent manufacturing being key focus.Alongside promotion of intelligent manufacturing, new demands and challenges have emerged for talent cultivation in manufacturing industry.Adhering to talent cultivation concept of combining group cultivation with diversified development, engineering practice with scientific thinking, innovative talent cultivation models of technology integration and system integration was explored from various aspects such as determining talent cultivation goals, interdisciplinary and integrated curriculum system, new teaching models for engineering training practice projects, and building an intelligent manufacturing information platform, to cultivate intelligent manufacturing composite talents that meet national strategic development.
